General Rules are listed here further detail with be explained during studio membership.
1. Membership is required to work with the station but is open to all local residents and nonprofit organizations of the Lynn and Swampscott area. Other membership is possible but must be discussed with the station management.
2. Training by LynnCAMtv is required to use or take out any LynnCAMtv equipment.
3. All producers are directly responsible for their own content made in or broadcast by LynnCAMtv. The producer is responsible for all approvals, clearances, licenses associated with their program. The producer is also responsible for all rules set out in the Access User’s Agreement Form, which prohibits:
- Obscenity or profanity
- lottery or lottery information
- commercial advertising
- any direct or indirect solicitation of money other than those sponsored by the station
- any material which constitutes libel, slander, invasion or privacy or publicity rights, violation of trademark or copyright, violation of local, state or federal law.
4. Everyone is expected to be respectful, polite, have fun and learn something.
